The State of New York Police Juvenile Officers Association (SNYPJOA) Annual Training Conference, held each August, is the cornerstone event for law enforcement professionals dedicated to youth engagement and school safety across New York State. In addition to certification courses offered year-round, this statewide conference delivers high-impact, state-approved training on a larger scale—bringing together School Resource Officers, Community Resource Officers, and Juvenile Officers for a week of professional growth and collaboration. Renowned speakers and expert trainers volunteer their time and expertise to provide cutting-edge instruction on topics ranging from crisis intervention to community policing and adolescent development. Beyond the classroom, the conference fosters invaluable networking opportunities and hosts fundraising events that strengthen professional connections and promote the exchange of innovative ideas. This vital event is made possible through the generous support of sponsors and donors who share SNYPJOA’s commitment to enhancing school safety, building stronger relationships, and improving outcomes for youth in every community. |
